As a result, the wrong flooring was ordered by *****. ***** said he would call me tomorrow morning. Then ***** calls back and says he understood there was a mistake and he will sell me a new floor and I will only have to pay the difference in price. Ely was the same price so it didn't make much sense, but I advised ***** to speak to the installer and call him back. While on the phone with the installer, ***** calls me. It's clear to me that ***** is playing games, so I go to the store. When I arrive ***** basically tells me it's my fault the wrong floors were ordered BY HIM. Despite this, I try to work with ***** but I can't achieve anything. I even asked to speak to the owner, but ***** said he was in China and could not be contacted. The next day, 12/19/19, I called ********** to make one last attempt to resolve the issue and he said there was nothing he could do to correct his mistake.
